At Beartown Sneaks, we take great care to accurately describe and represent every item available for purchase. Due to the nature of our products, including limited-edition sneakers, apparel, collectibles, accessories, and other exclusive merchandise, all sales are final.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Beartown Sneaks does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Incorrect size or fit
• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Buyer preference
• Color or appearance differences resulting from lighting, photography, or screen/display settings
• Minor manufacturer imperfections or variations
• Items purchased as gifts
• Finding the item at a different price after purchase

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, condition details, and other available information before completing a purchase.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Please verify your items, size, shipping information, and payment information before submitting your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is materially different from what you ordered or your order was damaged during shipment, please contact Beartown Sneaks as soon as possible after delivery.

Include your order number, photographs of the item, photographs of the packaging, and a description of the issue. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution when applicable.

Claims regarding damaged or incorrect merchandise must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Product Condition

Beartown Sneaks sells a variety of products that may include new, pre-owned, vintage, sample, player-exclusive, Friends & Family, limited-edition, collectible, and other specialty merchandise.

The condition of each product will be represented through the product listing whenever applicable. Customers should carefully review the listing and photographs before purchasing. Packaging, boxes, tags, accessories, and other accompanying materials may show signs of storage, handling, or age unless specifically stated otherwise.

Sizing

Sizing may vary between brands, models, releases, and product types. Beartown Sneaks is not responsible for items that do not fit as expected. Customers are responsible for confirming the appropriate size before purchasing.

Authenticity

Beartown Sneaks stands behind the authenticity of the merchandise we sell. Due to the collectible and high-value nature of many of our products, our final-sale policy helps protect the integrity and condition of merchandise after it leaves our possession.

Shipping & Delivery

Beartown Sneaks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Any shipping or delivery issue should be reported promptly so we can assist with available carrier procedures where appropriate.

Final Sale Agreement
